Phyllis M. Bochat, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones, on November 19, 2022. Phyllis was the beloved wife of Wayne Bochat, and the daughter of Irene Sitarz Roth, who both preceded her in death. She is survived by her loving children Jeffrey (Donna), Celene (Daniel) Jaconetti, Gregg (Lauren), and Darren (Andrea). The most important thing in her life was her family - she especially relished her role as “Fee” to her adored grandchildren, Ashley, Hannah, Trevor, and Zacary Jaconetti, and Abigail, Austin, Jackson, Annabel, Everett, and Andre Bochat.
As the center of her family, Fee loved being a mother and grandmother. She was known for her impeccably planned parties, her watermelon baskets, and for always being such a gracious hostess. Fee enjoyed traveling to Europe, Alaska, Hawaii, the Northwoods, and bouncing along in the Winnebago motorhome as she toured the United States. Fee was a fervent booster of the Maine South Theatre Department and supported local theatrical productions. Her hobbies included shopping, cheering for the Cubs, and dining out with family and friends. She also had a keen sense for fashion, art, and interior design.
