Nancy T. Ruscitti

Nancy Ruscitti, 89, of Arlington Heights, died at her home March 28. Mrs. Ruscitti was born in Chicago on December 13, 1934, to parents Emil and Dorothy (Ritchey) Tamm. A long-time Park Ridge resident, she and her husband John were members of the Park Ridge Country Club, where they often hosted family and friends. Both were avid travelers. Nancy was a member of the DAR Twenty-first Star Chapter. After her children were grown, she returned to her studies at DePaul University, where she graduated with a business administration degree in 1984. For many years she worked at Lawson Products in Human Resources specializing in employee insurance benefits. She was preceded in death by her husband John in 2012, and a sister, Susan Tamm (Arthur) Vogelgesang. She is survived by 3 sons: Brad (Paula), Kurt, and Dwight (Lea) Wells, and 5 grandchildren: Stephen, Christina, Nicholas, Andrew, and Jessica Wells. She also leaves behind nieces, Vicki and Jennifer and nephew, Karl Vogelgesang, and countless friends who will deeply miss her. 

Visitation Wednesday, April 3, from 9 a.m. until time of service, 11 a.m., at Ryan-Parke Funeral Home, 120 S. Northwest Hwy., Park Ridge, IL 60068. Interment will follow at Town of Maine Cemetery, 2101 W. Touhy Ave., Park Ridge, IL 60068. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the VFW, www.vfw.org.
