Maureen (nee O'Malley) Osterhout

Maureen Osterhout, nee O'Malley, age 64 of Mundelein, passed away peacefully on July 2, 2021. She was the beloved wife of Rod for over 37 years. Loving mother of Dan (Becky) and Megan (Tim) Kellen. Dear grandmother of Jack, Connor and Sean. Caring sister of Kathleen (Tim) Hickey, Sharon Considine, Patricia (Tim) Kusinski and Francis (Loretta) O'Malley. Fun Aunt Momo of many nieces and nephews. And cherished daughter of the late Francis W. "Red" and Elizabeth J. "Betty" O'Malley. Maureen devoted herself to her family and loved her children and grandchildren wholeheartedly. Nothing made her happier than hosting a party and bringing people together to celebrate any occasion. Memories of Maureen will always be cherished, and she will forever be loved. To celebrate Maureen’s life, a visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 6 from 4-8 p.m. at Ryan-Parke Funeral Home, 120 S. Northwest Hwy., in Park Ridge. Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 7 at St. Juliana Catholic Church. The Interment will be at All Saints Cemetery.
