Margaret (nee Caldwell) Hefferan

Margaret “Marge” Hefferan, nee Caldwell. 87 passed away Thursday, September 9, 2021 in Park Ridge Il.  Marge was married for 60 years to the love of her life the late Richard “Dick” Hefferan.  She is survived by her three sons John (Patricia) Hefferan; Patrick (Inez) Hefferan; Michael (Kristen) Hefferan; grandchildren Brian, Valerie, John, Hannah, Ella and Kayla.  She was preceded in death by her husband Richard “Dick” Hefferan; her parents Charles and Ellen Caldwell; stepmother Grace Caldwell; daughter Sally Hefferan; and brother-in-law, Reverend John Hefferan.
She was born in Chicago on June 19, 1934. She was a 50-year resident of Park Ridge and a member of St. Paul of the Cross Church.  She grew up on the west side of Chicago and attended Mundelein College.  Marge was a stay at home mom and was devoted to lovingly raising her three boys.  She volunteered her time as a member of the Mystical Rose Guild at St. Paul of the Cross Church. 
Marge had many passions, she enjoyed traveling, reading, going out with her chick flick girlfriends to the movies and dinner, and she spent many beautiful days on the golf course with her husband.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 19, 2021 from 4–8 p.m. at Ryan-Parke Funeral Home, 120 S. Northwest Highway, Park Ridge.  Funeral Monday September 20, 9:30 a.m. from funeral home to St. Paul of the Cross, 140 S. Northwest Hwy., Park Ridge. Mass 10 a.m. Interment Private.
