Jerry E. Blazek. Age 79 of Park Ridge. Passed away on March 21, 2020. Beloved husband of Alicia, nee Aguilar. Loving father of Erika (David) Heres. Cherished grandfather of Ethan and Erin.

A memorial visitation and service will be announced at a future date. Interment will be private with a burial in Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
