Devoted grandfather of Laurel Clare and Cormac Brian Skaggs. Dear brother of Agnes Doyle. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Thursday, December 16, 3:30-8 p.m., at Ryan-Parke Funeral Home, 120 S. Northwest Hwy., Park Ridge. Funeral Friday, 12 noon prayers from funeral home, to St. Paul of the Cross Church.
