Elaine (nee Goold) Green

Elaine Green, nee Goold, loving wife of the late Oliver, dear daughter of the late Alma, nee Keller, and David T. Goold, devoted sister of the late Alice Klingstedt (the late John Rodger Klingstedt.) Aunt of Sharon (Terry Maiero) Klingstedt, Susan (Gerald) Dossett, the late Joyce (Herman) Lewsader, Robert (Carol) Mapp, and Linda (William) Kinsella. Great Aunt of John (Sara) Wright, Anna (Tom) Combs, Heather (Charles) Haben, Rodger Mancillas, Erin (Chelsea) Maiero, Andrea (David Breton) Maiero, William (Valerie) Kinsella and Michael Kinsella. Great Grand Aunt of “J.T.” and Eli and Calvin Wright, Grace, John and Lydia Haben, Dalton, Austin and Lexie Goss, Skyler Breton Maiero, Jacob and Adalynn Kinsella.  Godmother of Sharon Klingstedt and Kerry Benton. Happily adopted Aunt of Nancy (nee Dummer) and Steve Hadgisava, late Warren (Kathy) Dummer, John Dummer and Jim Dummer. Their children and grandchildren: Kristen and Shawn McCusker and their family Emily and Brian, Jennifer and Mike Phillips and their family Sydney, Morgan and Nolan, Kerry and Rob Benton and Tracey Wicker and Family Jim and Tom. She loved all of her friends and family dearly, helping at many gatherings and traveling extensively with them too.
Elaine was a 50 year member of the OES #816, and active member of the GZ Chapter of PEO.  She was active in her church in the Esther circle, working tirelessly for the yearly rummage sales and knitting numerous prayer shawls. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Park Ridge Presbyterian Church and for scholarships checks made payable to P.E.O., Chapter GZ. Mail to: P.E.O., Chapter GZ, 1210 Beau Drive, Park Ridge, IL 60068. Visitation Tues., Sept. 7, 9-10:30 am, at Park Ridge Presbyterian Church. Service at 10:30 am. Entombment will follow in Irving Park Cemetery, followed by lunch at church.
