Christopher Hughes Varco

Christopher Hughes Varco, 31, beloved son of Christopher John Varco and Teresa Hughes Varco passed away Friday, October 13, 2023 surrounded by family. Christopher is survived by his parents Teresa Varco, Christopher Varco, step-mom Nancy Mersch, his siblings Marisa (Andrew) McCarty, Anna Varco, Zachary Varco and step-siblings Michael (Jenna) Mersch, Natalie Mersch, and Dominick Mersch along with many close extended family and friends. Christopher was passionate about his work at AZ Wire & Cable, managing and opening up new facility sites throughout the country. His work brought him to Oregon and Pennsylvania, where he last resided. He found happiness in life by cherishing his time outdoors, being an avid NRA member, playing the guitar, and raising his puppy, Moe. Christopher was most known for his infectious smile, laugh, and ability to make anyone around him feel comforted and loved. Christopher will never be forgotten. Visitation Friday October, 20, 3-9 p.m. at Ryan-Parke Funeral Home, 120 S. Northwest Hwy., Park Ridge. Funeral Saturday, prayers 12 noon from funeral home to St. Paul of the Cross Church. Mass 12:30 p.m. Entombment Maryhill Cemetery.
