Emily Elizabeth O'Toole, age 29 of Chicago. Beloved daughter of Thomas and Rosemary, nee Lekas. Loving sister of Sarah (Paul Shaer) O'Toole and Christopher. Dear granddaughter of Diana (the late James) O'Toole and the late Dr. Christopher and Barbara Lekas. Cherished niece of Tim (Kim) O'Toole, Jim (Rita), Chris (Gerry) Sullivan, Maureen, Katie (Chris) Kornely, Tony (Alicia) Lekas, Maria, Michelle (Mark Deady), Madeline (Steve Kaim), Jennifer (Jim Fergus) Deneen, Tammy (Paul) Azzarello, Madonna (Tony Goski) and the late Suzie Lekas. Also survived by many loving cousins and friends. Emily adored working with her students and their families as a school nurse in the Chicago Public School system. A born hostess, she loved entertaining friends and cruising around the city on her bicycle. 

Memorial Visitation Wednesday, August 21, 2-9 p.m., at Ryan-Parke Funeral Home, 120 S. Northwest Hwy. (2 blks. S. of Touhy), Park Ridge. Memorial Service Thursday, August 22, 11:30 a.m., at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Hospital, http://www.stjude.org, are appreciated.
