Randy and Toots, as they were always refered to by my generation were so great.
So upbeat and refreshing to all of us family members; always being so admired for
great accomplishments. I did get to join my dad and Randal on the golf course. He was so fine. I was so proud of him as ex Navy that I had no choice but to follow him.
Randal made a huge impression on me as He was far more than being just a fine
person. God bless his spirit.

I did not know Dr. Willoughby real well but I know what a good father and wonderful, compassionate, loving, funny man he must have been because I know his amazing daughters Marlene, Pam, Amy, Molly and Sally.

Marlene and Amy,
My deepest condolences on your Dad's passing.
Randy always asked me to be his partner in golf matches at the Park Ridge Country Club; those where great times.
