Devoted grandfather of Diane (Maher) Bahu and Scott (Mary) Hulse, Stacey (Chad) Moore, and Stephanie (David) Heaton. Dear brother of Donald (Sue) Rago. Fond brother-in-law of Arnold Shable. World War II Navy Veteran serving as a radar man aboard the destroyer, USS John R. Pierce, in the South Pacific from 1944-1946. Visitation Friday, June 9, 10-11:30 a.m., at Ryan-Parke Funeral Home, 120 S. Northwest Hwy. (2 blks. S. of Touhy), Park Ridge. Funeral Mass to follow, 12 noon, at St. Paul of the Cross Church. Interment All Saints Mausoleum.
