I am sorry to hear of Dr. Klein's passing. I had her as a graduate school and thought she was such a brilliant, kind, person. She made me love pathophysiology. My prayers are with her family and friends as you mourn the loss of this wonderful person.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Diane was an amazing teacher and wonderful colleague. She really had a wicked sense of humor that she tried to hide but when she let it go, it was a thing of beauty. Diane will be missed by all those that worked with her. May she rest in peace.

My condolences to the family of Professor Diane Klein. I am deeply sorry for your loss. Please accept my sympathy and prayers. Dr. Klein was my former nursing professor and one of the most brilliant women I have had the privilege of learning from. I am honored and blessed to have had her as a professor and mentor- because of her I am the nurse I am today. Thank you Dr. Klein- you will truly be missed.

Love always,
Medina Trnjanin

The Traveler
by James Dillet Freeman

She has put on invisibility
Dear Lord, I cannot see_
But this I know, although the road ascends
And passes from my sight,
That there will be no night;
That You will take her gently by the hand
And lead her on
Along the road of life that never ends,
And she will find it is not death but dawn.
I do not doubt that You are there as here,
And You will hold her dear.

Our life did not begin with birth,
It is not of the earth;
And this that we call death, it is no more
Than the opening and closing of a door_
And in Your house how many rooms must be
Beyond this one where we rest momently.

Dear Lord, I thank You for the faith that frees,
The love that knows it cannot lose its own;
The love that, looking through the shadows, sees
That You and she and I are ever one!

Know that my prayers are with each of you,
Best,
Regina Conway-Phillips, PhD, RN

Hoping you all will take comfort in what brings you peace. In quiet times remember good memories and sweet stories. Always remember you all have friends who care.
