Bettina V. (nee Venturini) Dell

Bettina Venturini Dell, born January 1, 1919 passed away quietly August 24, 2016 after an extended illness. Bettina was born an raised in the Bronx, NY where she met and married the love her life, Eugene Dell. In 1953, she and her entire extended family moved to Park Ridge, IL where she lived for 60 years and raised her children. She was preceded in death by her parents Bengimino and Rose Venturini;  two brothers, Albert and Peter; her sister, Flora Atkins and her husband Eugene Dell. She is survived by her son, Ronald ( Terry), her daughter, Gina (Mark) Tappan and four grandchildren: Jacob (Caroline) Dell, Adam (Lisa) Dell, Mariah Dell, Elizabeth Dell and one great grandchild, Samantha Ann Dell. She will always be remembered by all who knew her as the life of the party and as someone who was always kind to everyone. She was the "mayor " of her neighborhood and entertained the block with her dance parties and birthday celebrations. Nobody had more fun than Tina. Everyone who knew her has a Grandma Dell story. She is greatly missed. 
Memorial Visitation will be held Thursday, September 8, 9:30 a.m. until time of Memorial Mass, 10 a.m., Mary, Seat of Wisdom Church, 920 Granville Ave. (at Cumberland), Park Ridge.
