Barbara L. (nee LaVarre) Bales

Barbara L. Bales nee LaVarre. Age 77 of Park Ridge. Passed away on August 19, 2017 after a very short and very unexpected illness, our family lost their heart, our mother. For everyone that knew her, she was the definition of family loyalty and devotion. Beloved wife for 61 years of Ted Bales. Loving mother of Karen, Katie (Kevin) Jacob, Tim (Beth Kubow) and the late Teddy Bales. Devoted grandmother of Aliah. She loved her many nieces, nephews, the larger extended LaVarre, Romano and Bales families and her many friends, many from early school years. While we will be lost without her, we know that her spirit will live on in all of who were blessed to know her. Memorial Visitation Friday, August 25, 9 a.m. until time of Memorial Mass, 11 a.m. at Mary, Seat of Wisdom Church, (Cumberland at Granville, please park in the east lot) Park Ridge.
